Ingredients
- 1 pound chicken breast, diced
- 8 ounces pasta (like penne or rotini)
- 1 cup frozen mixed vegetables
- 1 can (10.5 ounces) cream of chicken soup
- 1 cup chicken broth
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
Instructions
- In a crock pot, combine the diced chicken, cream of chicken soup, chicken broth, garlic powder, onion powder, and salt and pepper.
- Cook on low for 6-8 hours or high for 3-4 hours, allowing the flavors to meld wonderfully.
- About 30 minutes before serving, cook pasta according to package instructions until al dente.
- Add the cooked pasta and frozen vegetables to the crock pot and stir gently to combine.
- Sprinkle with cheddar cheese, cover, and let it melt into gooey perfection.
