This comforting dish combines chicken, pasta, and vegetables in a creamy sauce, all made effortlessly in a slow cooker.

Ingredients

  • 1 pound chicken breast, diced
  • 8 ounces pasta (like penne or rotini)
  • 1 cup frozen mixed vegetables
  • 1 can (10.5 ounces) cream of chicken soup
  • 1 cup chicken broth
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. In a crock pot, combine the diced chicken, cream of chicken soup, chicken broth, garlic powder, onion powder, and salt and pepper.
  2. Cook on low for 6-8 hours or high for 3-4 hours, allowing the flavors to meld wonderfully.
  3. About 30 minutes before serving, cook pasta according to package instructions until al dente.
  4. Add the cooked pasta and frozen vegetables to the crock pot and stir gently to combine.
  5. Sprinkle with cheddar cheese, cover, and let it melt into gooey perfection.
  6. Serve warm and enjoy each comforting bite!
