- 3 to 4 boneless skinless chicken breasts
- 2 (10.5-oz) cans of unsalted cream of chicken soup
- 2 cups low-sodium chicken broth
- 1 tsp onion powder
- ½ tsp garlic powder
- 2 Tbsp melted butter
- 1 (16.3-oz) can of refrigerated biscuits
Instructions
- Prepare the Slow Cooker: Spray your 6-quart slow cooker with nonstick cooking spray for easy cleanup.
- Season the Chicken: Generously season the chicken breasts with salt and pepper.
- Mix the Sauces: In a medium bowl, whisk together the cream of chicken soup, onion powder, garlic powder, melted butter, and chicken broth until well combined.
- Combine: Pour this creamy mixture over the seasoned chicken in the slow cooker.
- Cook: Cover with the lid and cook on LOW for 5 hours.
- Shred the Chicken: After cooking, remove the chicken, shred it with forks, and return it to the slow cooker.
