Description
A sticky, sweet, and savory glazed salmon recipe that’s quick and easy for any weeknight dinner or special occasion.
Ingredients
- 4 salmon fillets (skin-on)
- ¼ cup honey
- 2 tablespoons low-sodium soy sauce
- 3 cloves garlic (minced)
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- Chopped green onions (for garnish)
Instructions
- Gather all your ingredients and chop the garlic and green onions.
- In a bowl, whisk together honey, soy sauce, and minced garlic until well combined.
- Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Once hot, carefully add the salmon fillets skin-side down. Cook for about 4-5 minutes until the skin is crispy.
- Flip the salmon fillets and pour the honey garlic glaze over them. Let cook for an additional 3 minutes, spooning the glaze over the top to caramelize.
- Transfer the salmon to a plate and drizzle with any remaining glaze from the pan. Sprinkle with chopped green onions for a fresh finish.
Notes
For extra crispiness, ensure the salmon skin is dry before cooking. Feel free to add a splash of sriracha to the glaze for a spicy kick.
