Ingredients
- 4 salmon fillets (skin-on)
- ¼ cup honey
- 2 tablespoons low-sodium soy sauce
- 3 cloves garlic (minced)
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- Chopped green onions (for garnish)
Instructions
- Begin by washing the salmon fillets and patting them dry with a paper towel.
- In a small bowl, whisk together the honey, soy sauce, and minced garlic.
- Heat the olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat and place the salmon fillets skin-side down. Sear for 3-4 minutes until the skin is crisp.
- Flip the fillets carefully and pour the honey garlic glaze over them. Cook for an additional 3-4 minutes until fully cooked.
