Ingredients
- 4 halibut fillets
- 1 cup breadcrumbs

- 1/4 cup melted butter
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped (optional for garnish)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a mixing bowl, combine breadcrumbs, grated Parmesan cheese, minced garlic, melted butter, and a pinch of salt and pepper.
- Arrange the halibut fillets on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Generously press the breadcrumb mixture onto the top of each fillet.
- Bake for 12-15 minutes or until the fish flakes easily with a fork and the topping is golden brown.
