Ingredients
- 1 lb salmon fillets
- 1 cup fresh vegetables (bell peppers, cucumbers, carrots)
- 2 cups steamed rice
- 1 avocado
- Bang Bang Sauce: 1/2 cup mayonnaise, 1/4 cup sweet chili sauce, 1-2 tablespoons sriracha
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper for easy cleanup.
- Prepare the salmon: Cut it into bite-sized pieces and season with salt and pepper. Drizzle lightly with olive oil.
- Bake the seasoned salmon on the baking sheet for 12-15 minutes or until crispy and the fish flakes easily with a fork.

- Drizzle the Bang Bang sauce over the top and serve.
