Description

A creamy and zesty potato salad with a unique Creole twist, perfect for gatherings and cookouts.


Ingredients

  • 2 pounds Potatoes
  • 1/4 cup Creole mustard
  • 1 tablespoon Zatarain’s Creole Seasoning
  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/2 cup finely chopped onion
  • 1/2 cup diced celery
  • 1/2 cup chopped green bell pepper
  • Salt and pepper to taste


Instructions

  1. Boil the potatoes until tender, about 15-20 minutes, then drain and let them cool.
  2. Peel and chop the cooled potatoes into bite-sized pieces.
  3. In a large bowl, combine the chopped potatoes, mayonnaise, onion, celery, and green bell pepper.
  4. Add Creole mustard, Zatarain’s seasoning, salt, and pepper to taste.
  5. Mix well until all ingredients are combined.
  6. Chill in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour before serving.

Notes
