Ingredients
- Salmon fillets

Instructions
- Heat olive oil and butter in a skillet over medium heat.
- Season the salmon fillets with salt and pepper; add them to the skillet. Cook for 4-5 minutes on each side, or until cooked through.
- Remove the salmon and place it on a plate; cover to keep warm.
- In the same skillet, add minced garlic and sauté until fragrant.
- Toss in the cherry tomatoes and cook until they start to soften.
- Add the spinach and cook just until wilted.
- Pour in the heavy cream and sprinkle in the parmesan cheese, stirring to combine.
- Return the salmon to the skillet, topping it generously with the creamy sauce.
- Garnish with fresh basil before serving.
