Description

A bright and crunchy slaw that complements tacos with its creamy texture and zesty flavor.


Ingredients

  • 1 small head of green cabbage, shredded
  • 1 cup of shredded carrots
  • 1/2 cup of mayonnaise
  • 1 tablespoon of lime juice
  • 1 tablespoon of chopped fresh cilantro
  • Salt and pepper to taste


Instructions

  1. Combine the shredded cabbage and carrots in a large bowl.
  2. Whisk together the mayonnaise, lime juice, cilantro, salt, and pepper in a separate bowl until smooth.
  3. Pour the dressing over the cabbage and carrot mixture.
  4. Toss everything together until well coated.

Notes
