Ingredients
- 4 boneless skinless chicken breasts
- 4 russet potatoes, cut into 2-inch pieces
- 2 cups baby carrots
- 1 packet dry ranch dressing mix
- 1 can (10 oz) cream of chicken soup
- 1 cup milk
Instructions
- In a small bowl, whisk together the cream of chicken soup, milk, and ranch dressing mix until smooth.
- Spray the slow cooker with non-stick cooking spray or line it with a crockpot liner.
- Place the chicken breasts, cubed potatoes, and baby carrots into the slow cooker.
- Pour the creamy ranch sauce over the ingredients, ensuring everything is well coated.
- Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours or on high for 3-4 hours, until the chicken is cooked through and the vegetables are tender.
- If preferred, shred the chicken and stir it into the sauce before serving.
- Season with additional salt and pepper to taste, and serve with the creamy sauce over the top.
Notes
For a thicker sauce, add an additional can of cream of chicken soup or use half and half instead of milk. Add extra vegetables like green beans or bell peppers for more variety.
