Ingredients

- 1 cup zucchini, sliced
- 1 cup broccoli florets
- 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- Fresh herbs (like basil or parsley)
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Cook the pasta according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
- Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add minced garlic and sauté for about 1 minute until fragrant.
- Toss in the bell peppers, zucchini, broccoli, and cherry tomatoes. Cook until veggies are tender, around 5-7 minutes.
- Stir in the heavy cream, grated Parmesan, lemon juice, salt, and pepper, mixing well.
