  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup white wine (dry)
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 lemon, juiced and zested
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)


Instructions

  1. Begin by cooking the pasta as per the package instructions. Once al dente, drain and set aside.
  2. In a large skillet, melt the butter over medium heat. Add the minced garlic and sauté until fragrant, about 1 minute.
  3. Toss in the shrimp and cook for about 3-4 minutes, or until they turn pink and opaque.
  4. Pour in the white wine and let it simmer for 2 minutes, allowing the flavors to meld.
  5. Stir in the heavy cream, lemon juice, and zest, then season with salt and pepper as desired.
  6. Finally, add the cooked pasta to the skillet and toss everything together until well combined.
