Ingredients
- 2 medium cucumbers
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1 tablespoon white vinegar
- 1 tablespoon sugar
- 1 teaspoon dill (fresh or dried)
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Thinly slice the cucumbers and place them in a large mixing bowl.
- In a separate bowl, whisk together the sour cream, white vinegar, sugar, dill, and season with salt and pepper.
- Pour the creamy dressing over the cucumbers and gently toss to ensure they are well coated.
- Cover the bowl and let it chill in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes before serving.
Notes
For extra crunch, add thinly sliced red onions. If cucumbers are watery, sprinkle lightly with salt and let them drain for about 10 minutes before mixing.
