Description

A rich and creamy chicken dish infused with garlic and Parmesan, perfect for weeknight dinners or special occasions.


Ingredients

  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 3 tablespoons butter
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley for garnish (optional)


Instructions

  1. Melt butter in a large skillet over medium heat. Add minced garlic and sauté for about 30 seconds until fragrant.
  2. Season chicken breasts with salt and pepper. Place them in the skillet and cook for 5-7 minutes on each side until golden and cooked through. Remove chicken and set aside.
  3. Pour in heavy cream, stirring well to deglaze the skillet. Add the grated Parmesan cheese while stirring continuously until the sauce is smooth.
  4. Return the chicken to the skillet, ensuring it’s well-coated with the sauce. Allow it to simmer on low heat for an additional 5 minutes.
  5. Garnish with parsley and serve hot.

Notes

For a lighter sauce, consider using half-and-half instead of heavy cream. Leftovers can be stored in the refrigerator for up to three days.
