Ingredients

  • 4 salmon fillets
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 teaspoon lemon juice
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Chopped parsley for garnish


Instructions

  1. Start by melting the butter in a large skillet over medium heat.
  2. Add the minced garlic and sauté for about 1 minute, until fragrant.
  3. Place the salmon fillets in the skillet and cook for 4 to 5 minutes on each side, or until they are fully cooked and flaky.
  4. Remove the salmon from the skillet and set it aside on a plate.
