Ingredients
- 4 salmon fillets
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 teaspoon lemon juice
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Chopped parsley for garnish
Instructions
- Start by melting the butter in a large skillet over medium heat.
- Add the minced garlic and sauté for about 1 minute, until fragrant.
- Place the salmon fillets in the skillet and cook for 4 to 5 minutes on each side, or until they are fully cooked and flaky.
- Remove the salmon from the skillet and set it aside on a plate.
- In the same skillet, pour in the heavy cream and add lemon juice, stirring to blend the ingredients together.
- Season the sauce with salt and pepper to taste.
- Return the salmon to the skillet, letting it bask in the creamy sauce until well-coated.
- Garnish with fresh chopped parsley before serving.
