Ingredients
- 2 1/4 cups all-purpose flour
- 2 teaspoons baking powder
- 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 4 oz cream cheese (softened)
- 1/4 cup granulated sugar
- 2 tablespoons butter (melted), plus more for the pan
- 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
- 2 large eggs (room temperature)
- 1 cup milk (whole or plant-based)
Instructions
- Whisk the dry ingredients in one bowl.
- Beat softened cream cheese with sugar until smooth, then whisk in butter, eggs, vanilla, and milk.
- Fold the wet mix into the dry ingredients until combined—don’t overmix.
- Cook pancakes on a lightly greased skillet over low–medium heat until bubbles form, then flip and finish until golden.
- Serve warm with your favorite toppings.
Notes
