Description

Delicious and easy-to-make chicken tenders, coated in a crispy blend of Ritz crackers, Parmesan cheese, and ranch seasoning.


Ingredients

  • 1 lb chicken tenders
  • ½ cup mayonnaise
  • ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 packet Ranch seasoning mix
  • ½ tsp garlic powder
  • ½ tsp onion powder
  • 1 cup Ritz crackers, crushed


Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or lightly grease it.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine mayonnaise, Parmesan cheese, Ranch seasoning mix, garlic powder, and onion powder. Stir until smooth and well combined.
  3. Dip each chicken tender into the mayo mixture, ensuring it’s fully coated. Then dredge it in the crushed Ritz crackers, pressing to make sure the coating sticks.
  4. Place the coated chicken tenders on the prepared baking sheet, spacing them out for even cooking. Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until golden and cooked through, with an internal temperature of 165°F.
  5. Allow the tenders to cool slightly before serving with your favorite dipping sauce!

Notes

For extra crispiness, broil the tenders for the last 1-2 minutes of baking. Use gluten-free crackers for a gluten-free version.
