Delicious and easy-to-make chicken tenders, coated in a crispy blend of Ritz crackers, Parmesan cheese, and ranch seasoning.
Ingredients
- 1 lb chicken tenders
- ½ cup mayonnaise
- ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 packet Ranch seasoning mix
- ½ tsp garlic powder
- ½ tsp onion powder
- 1 cup Ritz crackers, crushed
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or lightly grease it.
- In a mixing bowl, combine mayonnaise, Parmesan cheese, Ranch seasoning mix, garlic powder, and onion powder. Stir until smooth and well combined.
- Dip each chicken tender into the mayo mixture, ensuring it’s fully coated. Then dredge it in the crushed Ritz crackers, pressing to make sure the coating sticks.
- Place the coated chicken tenders on the prepared baking sheet, spacing them out for even cooking. Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until golden and cooked through, with an internal temperature of 165°F.
- Allow the tenders to cool slightly before serving with your favorite dipping sauce!
Notes
For extra crispiness, broil the tenders for the last 1-2 minutes of baking. Use gluten-free crackers for a gluten-free version.
