A delicious Crab and Shrimp Stuffed Salmon that combines sweet crab and succulent shrimp with tender salmon, perfect for impressing guests or enjoying a family meal.
Ingredients
- 4 salmon fillets
- 1 cup cooked crab meat
- 1 cup cooked shrimp, chopped
- 1/2 cup cream cheese, softened
- 1/4 cup breadcrumbs
- 2 tablespoons parsley, chopped
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- Olive oil, for drizzling
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Combine crab meat, chopped shrimp, cream cheese, breadcrumbs, parsley, lemon juice, salt, and pepper in a bowl. Mix thoroughly.
- Cut a pocket in each salmon fillet, taking care not to slice all the way through.
- Stuff each salmon fillet with the seafood mixture, pressing gently to keep it in place.
- Place the stuffed salmon on a baking sheet and drizzle with olive oil.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes or until the salmon is cooked through and flakes easily with a fork.

Notes
Feel free to substitute shrimp with scallops or add spices like Old Bay seasoning for an extra kick. For added crunch, consider broiling the salmon for the last 3-5 minutes.
