Description

Tender, juicy steak pieces seared and coated with rich cowboy butter, ready in under 15 minutes.


Ingredients

  • 1 tablespoon extra virgin olive oil
  • 1 pound steak, cut into 1-inch pieces (sirloin or ribeye recommended)
  • 1 recipe cowboy butter, divided


Instructions

  1. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Add the steak pieces in a single layer, searing them for 1.5 to 2 minutes on each side until preferred doneness.
  2. Lower the heat and add half of the cowboy butter to the skillet, tossing steak bites to coat evenly for another minute.
  3. Melt the remaining cowboy butter in the microwave and serve it on the side as a dip or drizzle it over the steak bites.

Notes

For air fryer, preheat to 400°F and cook steak bites for 4-6 minutes, shaking halfway for even cooking. Reheat in a skillet for a crispy finish.
