Description
Tender, juicy steak pieces seared and coated with rich cowboy butter, ready in under 15 minutes.
Ingredients
- 1 tablespoon extra virgin olive oil
- 1 pound steak, cut into 1-inch pieces (sirloin or ribeye recommended)
- 1 recipe cowboy butter, divided
Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Add the steak pieces in a single layer, searing them for 1.5 to 2 minutes on each side until preferred doneness.
- Lower the heat and add half of the cowboy butter to the skillet, tossing steak bites to coat evenly for another minute.
- Melt the remaining cowboy butter in the microwave and serve it on the side as a dip or drizzle it over the steak bites.
Notes
For air fryer, preheat to 400°F and cook steak bites for 4-6 minutes, shaking halfway for even cooking. Reheat in a skillet for a crispy finish.
