Description

Tender, well-seasoned country-style pork ribs that bring back the comfort of summer cookouts.

Ingredients

  • 2-3 pounds country-style pork ribs
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 tablespoon garlic powder
  • 1 tablespoon onion powder
  • 1 cup barbecue sauce
  • 1 cup apple cider vinegar

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 300°F (150°C).
  2. Liberally season the pork ribs with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder.
  3. Place the seasoned ribs in a baking dish.
  4. Pour the barbecue sauce and apple cider vinegar over the ribs, coating them well.
  5. Cover the dish tightly with aluminum foil to retain moisture.
  6. Bake the ribs in the preheated oven for 150 to 180 minutes, or until they are tender.
  7. For a beautifully caramelized finish, uncover the ribs and broil them for an additional 5-10 minutes before serving.

Notes

Serve with creamy coleslaw, baked beans, or roasted vegetables, and consider crusty bread or corn muffins as sides.
