Ingredients
- 2-3 pounds country-style pork ribs
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 tablespoon garlic powder
- 1 tablespoon onion powder
- 1 cup barbecue sauce
- 1 cup apple cider vinegar
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 300°F (150°C).
- Liberally season the pork ribs with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder.
- Place the seasoned ribs in a baking dish.
- Pour the barbecue sauce and apple cider vinegar over the ribs, coating them well.
- Cover the dish tightly with aluminum foil to retain moisture.
- Bake the ribs in the preheated oven for 150 to 180 minutes, or until they are tender.
- For a beautifully caramelized finish, uncover the ribs and broil them for an additional 5-10 minutes before serving.
Notes
Serve with creamy coleslaw, baked beans, or roasted vegetables, and consider crusty bread or corn muffins as sides.
