Description

Fluffy and nutritious cottage cheese pancakes perfect for breakfast or any time of day.


Ingredients

  • 1 cup cottage cheese
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 2 large eggs
  • 2 tablespoons sugar
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • Butter or oil for cooking


Instructions

  1. Combine the dry ingredients with the cottage cheese and eggs in a mixing bowl.
  2. Gradually mix in the milk until the batter is smooth.
  3. Heat a skillet, add butter or oil, and let’s get cooking!
  4. Pour 1/4 cup of batter into the skillet for each pancake. Cook until bubbles form on the surface, about 2-3 minutes.
  5. Carefully flip the pancakes and cook for another 2-3 minutes until golden brown on both sides.
  6. Serve warm with toppings of your choice!

Notes

Avoid overmixing the batter for fluffier pancakes. Add more milk if the batter is too thick.
