Ingredients
- 1 cup cottage cheese
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 2 large eggs
- 2 tablespoons sugar
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 cup milk
- Butter or oil for cooking
Instructions
- Combine the dry ingredients with the cottage cheese and eggs in a mixing bowl.
- Gradually mix in the milk until the batter is smooth.
- Heat a skillet, add butter or oil, and let’s get cooking!
- Pour 1/4 cup of batter into the skillet for each pancake. Cook until bubbles form on the surface, about 2-3 minutes.
- Carefully flip the pancakes and cook for another 2-3 minutes until golden brown on both sides.
- Serve warm with toppings of your choice!
Notes
Avoid overmixing the batter for fluffier pancakes. Add more milk if the batter is too thick.
