Ingredients

1 cup cottage cheese, full-fat (4% milk fat)

2–3 tbsp honey

1–2 tbsp unsweetened cocoa powder

1/2 tsp vanilla extract
Instructions

Add cottage cheese, cocoa powder, honey, and vanilla extract into a blender or food processor.

Blend on high speed until the mixture is completely smooth and velvety.

If the mousse is still grainy, continue blending until all curds disappear.

Pour into serving jars or ramekins.

Chill for at least 1 hour if you’d like a firmer texture.
