Ingredients
- 1 box (18 oz) brownie mix
- 1/4 cup all-purpose flour
- 2 large eggs
- 1/4 cup vegetable oil
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- Optional: chocolate chips or nuts
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the brownie mix with the flour.
- Add in the eggs, vegetable oil, and vanilla extract. Mix until well combined.
- Fold in any optional chocolate chips or nuts if desired.
- Drop spoonfuls of the dough onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Bake for 10-12 minutes or until the edges are set, while keeping the centers soft.
- Let cool for a few minutes before serving.
Notes
For extra richness, substitute vegetable oil with melted butter. Keeps fresh for up to 3 days at room temperature.
