Description

Rich and fudgy cookies made easily from brownie mix, perfect for quick desserts or impressing guests.


Ingredients

  • 1 box (18 oz) brownie mix
  • 1/4 cup all-purpose flour
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1/4 cup vegetable oil
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • Optional: chocolate chips or nuts


Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine the brownie mix with the flour.
  3. Add in the eggs, vegetable oil, and vanilla extract. Mix until well combined.
  4. Fold in any optional chocolate chips or nuts if desired.
  5. Drop spoonfuls of the dough onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
