Description

Delicious cookies made from brownie mix that combine the rich, fudgy goodness of brownies with the delightful crispiness of cookies.

Ingredients

  • 1 box (18-20 oz) brownie mix (your favorite brand)
  • 2 large eggs
  • ¼ cup vegetable oil
  • 1 tablespoon water
  • ½ cup chocolate chips
  • ½ cup chopped nuts (optional: walnuts or pecans)
  • ½ cup candy pieces (e.g., M&M’s for a fun twist)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper or a silicone baking mat.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine the brownie mix, eggs, vegetable oil, and water. Stir until well combined into a thick, sticky dough.
  3. If desired, fold in your choice of chocolate chips, nuts, or candy pieces.
  4. Using a cookie scoop or tablespoon, drop spoonfuls of dough onto the prepared baking sheet, spacing them about two inches apart.
  5. Bake for 10–12 minutes until the edges are set while the centers remain soft.
  6. Let cool on the baking sheet for 5 minutes before transferring to a wire rack to cool completely.

Notes

You can mix things up by adding mint chocolate chips or a swirl of nut butter for some creative variations.
