Ingredients
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 2 tablespoons brown sugar
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 1 cup milk (or almond milk)
- 1 large egg
- 2 tablespoons melted butter
- Additional butter for cooking
Instructions
- Whisk together the flour, brown sugar, baking powder, baking soda, salt, and cinnamon in a mixing bowl.
- Combine the milk, egg, and melted butter in a separate bowl until well mixed.
- Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients, gently stirring until just combined.
- Heat a skillet over medium heat and add a bit of butter to coat the pan.
- Pour 1/4 cup of batter onto the skillet for each pancake.
- Cook until bubbles form on the surface, then flip and cook until golden brown on the other side.
