Description

Ingredients

  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 2 tablespoons brown sugar
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 1 cup milk (or almond milk)
  • 1 large egg
  • 2 tablespoons melted butter
  • Additional butter for cooking


Instructions

  1. Whisk together the flour, brown sugar, baking powder, baking soda, salt, and cinnamon in a mixing bowl.
  2. Combine the milk, egg, and melted butter in a separate bowl until well mixed.
  3. Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients, gently stirring until just combined.
  4. Heat a skillet over medium heat and add a bit of butter to coat the pan.
  5. Pour 1/4 cup of batter onto the skillet for each pancake.
