Ingredients

  • 1½ cups chopped strawberries
  • 1 cup plain Greek yogurt
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup semisweet chocolate chips
  • 2 tablespoons coconut oil

Instructions

  1. Mix the yogurt base: In a bowl, combine chopped strawberries, Greek yogurt, honey, and vanilla extract. Stir until well mixed.
  2. Form the clusters: Scoop about two tablespoons of the mixture onto a parchment-lined baking sheet to form clusters.
  3. Freeze until solid: Freeze the clusters for 1 to 2 hours until completely solid.
  4. Melt the chocolate: In a microwave-safe bowl, melt chocolate chips with coconut oil until smooth.
  5. Coat with chocolate: Dip each frozen cluster into the melted chocolate and allow excess to drip off.
