Ingredients
- 1 1/2 cups chopped strawberries
- 1 cup plain Greek yogurt
- 1 tbsp honey
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
- 2 tbsp coconut oil
Instructions
- Combine the chopped strawberries, Greek yogurt, honey, and vanilla extract in a large bowl. Mix until well blended.
- Scoop about 2 tablespoons of the yogurt mixture onto a parchment-lined baking sheet to form clusters.
- Place the baking sheet in the freezer for 1-2 hours until the clusters are completely frozen.
- Microwave the chocolate chips and coconut oil in a microwave-safe bowl in 15 to 30-second intervals, stirring until completely melted.
- Dip each frozen cluster into the melted chocolate, ensuring they are well coated.
- Return the clusters to the baking sheet. Sprinkle with sea salt if desired.
- Freeze again for a few minutes to set. Enjoy your creations!
