A delightful and guilt-free treat made with strawberries, Greek yogurt, and chocolate, perfect for warm days or family gatherings.

Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 cups chopped strawberries
  • 1 cup plain Greek yogurt
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • 2 tbsp coconut oil

Instructions

  1. Combine the chopped strawberries, Greek yogurt, honey, and vanilla extract in a large bowl. Mix until well blended.
  2. Scoop about 2 tablespoons of the yogurt mixture onto a parchment-lined baking sheet to form clusters.
  3. Place the baking sheet in the freezer for 1-2 hours until the clusters are completely frozen.
  4. Microwave the chocolate chips and coconut oil in a microwave-safe bowl in 15 to 30-second intervals, stirring until completely melted.
  5. Dip each frozen cluster into the melted chocolate, ensuring they are well coated.
  6. Return the clusters to the baking sheet. Sprinkle with sea salt if desired.
  7. Freeze again for a few minutes to set. Enjoy your creations!

Notes

For best results, use fresh strawberries and consider experimenting with different toppings like crushed nuts or shredded coconut.
