Ingredients
- Salmon fillets
- Chipotle powder

Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Season the salmon fillets with chipotle powder, lime juice, salt, and pepper. Bake for 12-15 minutes, or until cooked through.
- Prepare the corn avocado peach salsa. In a bowl, mix fresh corn, diced avocado, diced peach, chopped cilantro, and a squeeze of lime juice.
