A creamy, smoky dip that pairs perfectly with chips, tacos, grilled vegetables, and sandwiches.
Ingredients
- 1 cup Greek yogurt (plain) or mayonnaise (dairy-free)
- 2 tablespoons chipotle peppers in adobo sauce, minced
- 1 tablespoon ranch seasoning
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- Salt, to taste
- Fresh cilantro, chopped (optional, for garnish)
Instructions
- Combine the Greek yogurt (or mayo), minced chipotle peppers, ranch seasoning, and lemon juice in a blender or bowl.
- Blend or whisk until smooth and creamy.
- Taste and add salt as needed.
- Transfer to a serving bowl and chill for at least 15–30 minutes.
- Garnish with chopped cilantro, if desired, and serve.
Notes
Feel free to adjust the heat by varying the amount of chipotle peppers. This dip is best served chilled for enhanced flavor.
