Ingredients
- 3 ripe avocados
- 1 lime, juiced
- 1/4 cup fresh cilantro, chopped
- 1/4 cup red onion, finely chopped
- 1 jalapeño, seeded and minced
- Salt to taste
Instructions
- Cut the avocados: Slice each avocado in half, remove the pit, and scoop the flesh into a mixing bowl.
- Mash the avocados: Add the lime juice and mash the avocados using a fork or potato masher until you achieve your desired consistency.
