Description

Ingredients

  • 4 Chicken breasts (boneless, skinless)
  • 1 cup Homemade chipotle beer BBQ sauce
  • 2 Fresh corn on the cob (for creamed corn)
  • 1/2 cup Heavy cream
  • 2 tbsp Butter
  • Salt and pepper (for seasoning)


Instructions

  1. Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.
  2. Season the chicken breasts generously with salt and pepper.
  3. Grill the chicken for about 6-7 minutes on each side, or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F.
  4. Brush the homemade chipotle beer BBQ sauce onto the chicken during the last few minutes of cooking, allowing it to caramelize slightly.
  5. Prepare the creamed grilled corn: Grill the corn until charred, then slice it off the cob. In a bowl, mix the corn with cream, butter, and a pinch of salt.
