- 3 tablespoons soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons oyster sauce
- 1 tablespoon cornstarch
- 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 inch ginger, grated
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Cooked white rice or egg fried rice for serving
Instructions
- Whisk together soy sauce, oyster sauce, and cornstarch in a bowl until smooth.
- Heat the vegetable oil in a large pan over medium heat.
- Add the minced garlic and grated ginger, sautéing for about 1 minute until fragrant.
- Introduce the sliced chicken to the pan, cooking until browned and cooked through, about 5-7 minutes.
- Add the broccoli and stir-fry for another 3-5 minutes until tender-crisp.
- Pour the sauce mixture over the chicken and broccoli, stirring quickly to coat everything evenly.
- Let it cook for an additional 2 minutes to thicken the sauce.
