Description

A refreshing blend of chicken, apples, celery, and walnuts in a creamy dressing, perfect for lunch or a light dinner.


Ingredients

  • 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
  • 1 cup celery, chopped
  • 1 cup apples, chopped
  • 1/2 cup grapes, halved
  • 1/2 cup walnuts, chopped
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • Salt and pepper to taste


Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, combine the shredded chicken, chopped celery, apples, halved grapes, and chopped walnuts.
  2. In a separate bowl, mix together the mayonnaise, lemon juice, salt, and pepper until smooth.
  3. Pour the dressing over the chicken mixture and gently toss to coat everything evenly.
  4. Serve immediately, or if you prefer, refrigerate for an hour for the flavors to meld.

Notes

For a lighter option, substitute Greek yogurt for mayonnaise. Add nuts just before serving for extra crunch.
