Ingredients
- 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
- 1 cup celery, chopped
- 1 cup apples, chopped
- 1/2 cup grapes, halved
- 1/2 cup walnuts, chopped
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- In a large bowl, combine the shredded chicken, chopped celery, apples, halved grapes, and chopped walnuts.
- In a separate bowl, mix together the mayonnaise, lemon juice, salt, and pepper until smooth.
- Pour the dressing over the chicken mixture and gently toss to coat everything evenly.
- Serve immediately, or if you prefer, refrigerate for an hour for the flavors to meld.
