Description

A delightful fusion dish combining the flavors of chicken tikka masala with the crispy satisfaction of quesadillas, perfect for any occasion.


Ingredients

  • 2 cups cooked chicken tikka masala
  • 4 flour tortillas
  • 2 cups shredded cheese (like cheddar or mozzarella)
  • 2 tablespoons oil or butter
  • Chutney for dipping (optional)


Instructions

  1. Heat a skillet over medium heat and add a little oil or butter.
  2. Place one tortilla in the skillet and sprinkle half of the cheese over it.
  3. Spread half of the chicken tikka masala on top of the cheese, then sprinkle the remaining cheese over it.
  4. Top with another tortilla and cook until the bottom is golden brown, about 3-4 minutes.
  5. Carefully flip the quesadilla and cook until the other side is golden and the cheese melts.
  6. Repeat the process with the remaining tortillas and filling.
  7. Cut into wedges and serve with chutney or additional tikka masala sauce for dipping.

Notes

Customize tortillas with whole wheat or gluten-free options. For extra crunch, consider grilling or toasting the quesadillas in a panini press.
