A comforting one-dish meal combining juicy shredded chicken, pasta, and melty cheese, perfect for busy weeknights or casual family brunches.


Ingredients

  • 2 cups cooked pasta
  • 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
  • 1 cup marinara sauce
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • 1 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded
  • 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese, grated
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh basil for garnish (optional)


Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Combine the cooked pasta, shredded chicken, marinara sauce, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper in a large bowl.
  3. Grease a casserole dish and layer half of the pasta chicken mixture inside.
  4. Sprinkle half of the mozzarella and Parmesan cheese on top.
  5. Add the remaining pasta and chicken mixture, then top with the rest of the cheese.
  6. Drizzle olive oil over the entire dish.
  7. Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until the cheese is bubbly and golden.
