Ingredients
- 4 chicken thighs (boneless or bone-in)
- 1/4 cup honey
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon ground ginger
- 1 teaspoon black pepper
Instructions
- Whisk together the honey, soy sauce, olive oil, minced garlic, ground ginger, and black pepper until it looks glossy and uniform.
- Marinate the chicken thighs in the marinade, coating them well. Cover and refrigerate for at least 1 hour, or overnight for best flavor.
- Preheat your grill to medium-high and lightly oil the grates.
- Grill the chicken for 5–7 minutes per side, flipping once, until browned and the internal temperature reaches 165°F.
- Rest the chicken on a plate for 5 minutes before serving.
