Description
A hearty pasta salad that combines the flavors of a classic chicken club sandwich with tender pasta, savory chicken, crispy bacon, and fresh veggies, all drizzled with ranch dressing.
Ingredients
- 8 ounces rotini or penne pasta
- 1 cup cooked chicken, diced
- 6 slices of bacon, cooked and crumbled
- 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
- 1 cup cucumber, diced
- 1/2 cup red onion, diced
- 1 cup ranch dressing
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley for garnish
Instructions
- Boil the pasta until it’s al dente.
- Combine the cooked pasta with chicken and bacon.
- Add vibrant veggies and toss everything with ranch dressing.
- Chill and serve!
Notes
