Instructions
- In a large pot, combine the diced chicken, cream of chicken soup, chicken broth, milk, and mixed vegetables (if using). Bring it to a gentle simmer over medium heat.
- While the mixture simmers, cut each biscuit into quarters.
- Drop the biscuit pieces into the pot, carefully covering them with the broth.
- Cover the pot and cook for about 10-15 minutes, or until the dumplings are fluffy and cooked through.
