Ingredients

  • 2 cups diced chicken (cooked)
  • 1 can (10.5 oz) condensed cream of chicken soup
  • 1 cup chicken broth
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 package (16 oz) canned biscuits
  • 1 cup frozen mixed vegetables (optional)
  • Salt and pepper to taste


Instructions

  1. In a large pot, combine the diced chicken, cream of chicken soup, chicken broth, milk, and mixed vegetables (if using). Bring it to a gentle simmer over medium heat.
  2. While the mixture simmers, cut each biscuit into quarters.
  3. Drop the biscuit pieces into the pot, carefully covering them with the broth.
