Ingredients
- 2 (10-inch) tortillas
- 1 cup Monterey Jack cheese, shredded
- 1/2 cup cooked chicken, sliced or shredded
- 1/2 avocado, sliced
- 1/4 cup salsa verde
- 1 tablespoon cilantro, chopped
Instructions
- Heat a skillet over medium heat.
- Layer one tortilla in the skillet, then sprinkle half of the cheese on top.
- Add the cooked chicken, avocado slices, salsa verde, and the remaining cheese, then top with the second tortilla.
- Grill until the bottom tortilla is golden brown and the cheese has melted, about 2-4 minutes.
- Flip carefully and cook for another 2-4 minutes on the other side.
- Slice into wedges for serving.
Notes
Serve with sour cream or guacamole for added flavor. Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to three days.
