Description

A creamy, nutritious pudding made with chia seeds, perfect for breakfast, snacks, or dessert.

Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup chia seeds
  • 1 cup almond milk (or any milk of choice)
  • 2 tablespoons maple syrup (or honey)
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • Fresh fruits and nuts for topping (optional)

Instructions

  1. Mix chia seeds with milk and sweetener so every seed is hydrated.
  2. Whisk or shake right away to break up clumps.
  3. Let the mixture rest in the fridge for at least 4 hours (overnight is best).
  4. Stir again before serving and add toppings.

Notes

For a thicker pudding, use 3/4–1 cup milk instead of the standard ratio. Adjust sweetener according to your taste and dietary needs.
