  • 2 cups cherry tomatoes, halved

  • Salt to taste

  • Fresh basil (optional, for garnish)


Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Roll out the pie crust on a parchment-lined baking sheet, creating a circle about 12 inches in diameter.
  3. Arrange the halved cherry tomatoes in the center of the crust, leaving a 2-inch border.
  4. Sprinkle the cheese over the tomatoes evenly.
  5. Drizzle with olive oil and season generously with salt and pepper.
  6. Fold the edges of the pie crust over the filling, creating pleats as you go.
  7. Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until the crust is golden brown.
