Description

An easy, comforting one-pan dinner featuring golden potatoes, smoky sausage, and melted cheese, all elevated with ranch seasoning.


Ingredients

  • 1 ½ lbs baby potatoes, quartered
  • 14 oz smoked sausage, sliced into rounds
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 packet ranch seasoning mix
  • 1 ½ cups shredded cheddar cheese
  • ½ cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 2 green onions, chopped (for garnish)
  • Fresh parsley, chopped (optional)
  • Salt & black pepper, to taste


Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C) and grease a large baking dish.
  2. Toss the potatoes with olive oil, ranch seasoning, salt, and pepper. Spread evenly in the prepared baking dish and bake for 25 minutes.
  3. Stir in the sliced sausage, then continue baking for 15 more minutes until the potatoes are tender and golden.
  4. Sprinkle the shredded cheddar and mozzarella over the sausage and potatoes. Return to the oven for 5–7 minutes, until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
  5. Sprinkle with chopped green onions and parsley before serving hot.

Notes

For extra creaminess, add sour cream or cream cheese before baking. Try different sausages for varied flavors.
