Ingredients
- 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 4 large flour tortillas
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 teaspoon taco seasoning
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- In a bowl, combine the shredded chicken, taco seasoning, cheddar cheese, and mozzarella cheese.
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
- Place one tortilla in the skillet and add a portion of the chicken and cheese mixture on one half.
- Fold the tortilla over the filling and press down gently.
- Cook for about 3-4 minutes on each side until the tortilla is golden brown and the cheese has melted.
- Repeat with remaining tortillas.
- Slice into wedges and serve hot.
Notes
For extra crispiness, brush the tortillas lightly with olive oil before cooking. Experiment with spices for added flavor.
