Description

Ingredients

  • 4 flour tortillas
  • 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
  • 1 cup shredded cheese (such as cheddar or mozzarella)
  • 1 cup béchamel sauce
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste


Instructions

  1. Heat a skillet over medium heat and add olive oil.
  2. Spread a layer of béchamel sauce on one side of a tortilla.
  3. Layer the shredded chicken and cheese on top of the sauce.
  4. Fold the tortilla in half and place it in the heated skillet.
  5. Cook for 2-3 minutes on each side until golden brown.
