Ingredients
- 4 flour tortillas
- 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
- 1 cup shredded cheese (such as cheddar or mozzarella)
- 1 cup béchamel sauce
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Heat a skillet over medium heat and add olive oil.
- Spread a layer of béchamel sauce on one side of a tortilla.
- Layer the shredded chicken and cheese on top of the sauce.
- Fold the tortilla in half and place it in the heated skillet.
- Cook for 2-3 minutes on each side until golden brown.
- Remove from skillet, cut into triangles, and serve hot.
Notes
