Description

Juicy chicken patties infused with cheddar cheese and ranch seasoning, perfect for cookouts and weeknight dinners.


Ingredients

  • 1 pound ground chicken
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 2 tablespoons ranch dressing mix
  • 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1/4 cup finely chopped green onions
  • 1 egg
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • Burger buns
  • Optional: lettuce, tomato, and additional ranch dressing for serving


Instructions

  1. In a large mixing bowl, combine the ground chicken, shredded cheddar, ranch dressing mix, breadcrumbs, chopped green onions, egg, salt, and pepper.
  2. Mix thoroughly until everything is well incorporated.
  3. Divide the mixture into 4 equal portions and shape them into patties.
  4. Preheat your grill or a skillet over medium heat.
  5. Cook the patties for about 5–7 minutes on each side, until the internal temperature reaches 165°F and the patties are golden brown.
  6. Assemble your burgers on buns, adding lettuce, tomato, and ranch dressing as desired.

Notes

Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days. Uncooked patties can be frozen for up to 3 months.
