Juicy chicken patties infused with cheddar cheese and ranch seasoning, perfect for cookouts and weeknight dinners.
Ingredients
- 1 pound ground chicken
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 2 tablespoons ranch dressing mix
- 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
- 1/4 cup finely chopped green onions
- 1 egg
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- Burger buns
- Optional: lettuce, tomato, and additional ranch dressing for serving
Instructions
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the ground chicken, shredded cheddar, ranch dressing mix, breadcrumbs, chopped green onions, egg, salt, and pepper.
- Mix thoroughly until everything is well incorporated.
- Divide the mixture into 4 equal portions and shape them into patties.
- Preheat your grill or a skillet over medium heat.
- Cook the patties for about 5–7 minutes on each side, until the internal temperature reaches 165°F and the patties are golden brown.
- Assemble your burgers on buns, adding lettuce, tomato, and ranch dressing as desired.
Notes
Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days. Uncooked patties can be frozen for up to 3 months.
