Description

A refreshing and colorful salad that combines crunchy cauliflower and broccoli with cherry tomatoes and a creamy dressing, perfect for any gathering.


Ingredients

  • 1 head cauliflower, chopped into florets
  • 1 head broccoli, chopped into florets
  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 1/2 cup red onion, diced
  • 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup sunflower seeds
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar
  • Salt and pepper to taste


Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, combine the cauliflower and broccoli florets.
  2. Add the halved cherry tomatoes, diced red onion, shredded cheddar cheese, and sunflower seeds.
  3. In a separate bowl, whisk together the mayonnaise, apple cider vinegar, salt, and pepper to create the dressing.
  4. Pour the dressing over the salad mix and toss gently to coat all the ingredients.
  5. Chill in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes before serving.

Notes
