Ingredients
- 1 head cauliflower, chopped into florets
- 1 head broccoli, chopped into florets
- 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
- 1/2 cup red onion, diced
- 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup sunflower seeds
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- In a large bowl, combine the cauliflower and broccoli florets.
- Add the halved cherry tomatoes, diced red onion, shredded cheddar cheese, and sunflower seeds.
- In a separate bowl, whisk together the mayonnaise, apple cider vinegar, salt, and pepper to create the dressing.
- Pour the dressing over the salad mix and toss gently to coat all the ingredients.
- Chill in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes before serving.
Notes
