Description

A vibrant salad featuring fresh cauliflower, broccoli, and a sweet honey-soy dressing, perfect for any occasion.


Ingredients

  • 1 head cauliflower, chopped
  • 1 head broccoli, chopped
  • 1/2 cup red onion, diced
  • 1/2 cup chopped carrots
  • 1/2 cup raisins or cranberries
  • 1/4 cup slivered almonds (optional)
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 1/4 cup soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon sesame oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste


Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, combine chopped cauliflower, broccoli, red onion, carrots, raisins, and almonds.
  2. In a separate bowl, whisk together honey, soy sauce, apple cider vinegar, sesame oil, salt, and pepper to create the dressing.
  3. Pour the dressing over the salad and toss until all ingredients are well coated.
  4. Allow the salad to chill in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes before serving.
