A vibrant salad featuring fresh cauliflower, broccoli, and a sweet honey-soy dressing, perfect for any occasion.
Ingredients
- 1 head cauliflower, chopped
- 1 head broccoli, chopped
- 1/2 cup red onion, diced
- 1/2 cup chopped carrots
- 1/2 cup raisins or cranberries
- 1/4 cup slivered almonds (optional)
- 1/4 cup honey
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar
- 1 tablespoon sesame oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- In a large bowl, combine chopped cauliflower, broccoli, red onion, carrots, raisins, and almonds.
- In a separate bowl, whisk together honey, soy sauce, apple cider vinegar, sesame oil, salt, and pepper to create the dressing.
- Pour the dressing over the salad and toss until all ingredients are well coated.
- Allow the salad to chill in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes before serving.
