Ingredients
- 2.2 pounds medium carrots (peeled and trimmed)
- 4.5 tablespoons salted butter
- 1/4 cup packed brown sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon kosher salt
- 1/2 teaspoon freshly cracked black pepper
Instructions
- Cut the carrots into 2-inch pieces, halving or quartering them if needed.
- In a large skillet, melt the butter over medium heat.
