Description

A delightful blend of caramel, toffee, and chocolate in a soft, chewy cookie, perfect for any occasion.

Ingredients

  • 1 box of brownie mix (18.3 oz)
  • 1/4 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1/4 cup vegetable oil
  • 1/4 cup water
  • 1 large egg
  • 1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • 1/2 cup caramel bits
  • 1/2 cup toffee bits

Instructions

  1. Preheat Your Oven: Set to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper or a silicone mat.
  2. Mix the Dry Ingredients: In a large mixing bowl, stir together the brownie mix and all-purpose flour until well combined.
  3. Incorporate Wet Ingredients: Add the vegetable oil, water, and egg to the dry mixture. Stir until a thick dough forms.
  4. Add the Goodies: Gently fold in the chocolate chips, caramel bits, and toffee bits until evenly distributed.
  5. Scoop the Dough: Using a medium cookie scoop or tablespoon, drop the dough onto the prepared baking sheet, spacing them about 2 inches apart.
  6. Bake to Perfection: Bake for 9 to 11 minutes, until the edges are firm but the centers remain slightly soft.
  7. Cool Down: Allow cookies to cool on the baking sheet for 5 minutes before transferring them to a wire rack to cool completely.
