Ingredients
- 1 box of brownie mix (18.3 oz)
- 1/4 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/4 cup vegetable oil
- 1/4 cup water
- 1 large egg
- 1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
- 1/2 cup caramel bits
- 1/2 cup toffee bits
Instructions
- Preheat Your Oven: Set to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper or a silicone mat.
- Mix the Dry Ingredients: In a large mixing bowl, stir together the brownie mix and all-purpose flour until well combined.
- Incorporate Wet Ingredients: Add the vegetable oil, water, and egg to the dry mixture. Stir until a thick dough forms.
- Add the Goodies: Gently fold in the chocolate chips, caramel bits, and toffee bits until evenly distributed.
- Scoop the Dough: Using a medium cookie scoop or tablespoon, drop the dough onto the prepared baking sheet, spacing them about 2 inches apart.
- Bake to Perfection: Bake for 9 to 11 minutes, until the edges are firm but the centers remain slightly soft.
