Ingredients
- 2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 cup fresh mozzarella cheese, sliced
- 2 medium tomatoes, sliced
- Fresh basil leaves
- Balsamic glaze
Instructions
- Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.
- Season the chicken breasts with salt and pepper generously.
- Brush the grill grates with olive oil to prevent sticking.
- Grill the chicken for about 6-7 minutes on each side or until fully cooked (internal temperature should reach 165°F).
- During the last few minutes of grilling, top each chicken breast with mozzarella slices, tomato slices, and fresh basil leaves.
